  • What Are Your Order Cut-off Times for Delivery at Mr. Dairy?
Our customer orders must be placed by 4 pm to guarantee next day delivery. Orders can be called into our order desk, left on our answering machine, faxed or emailed to orderdesk@mrdairy.com. We also have a new ordering portal to make your life easier, email info@mrdairy.com for more details.
  • Does Mr. Dairy Charge a Delivery Fee?
With the rising costs of fuel, we charge a small fuel surcharge on every delivery invoice.
  • Does Mr. Dairy Guarantee a Delivery Time?
We will do our best to accommodate any time request that your company may have eg. A.M. or P.M. delivery, but due to the nature of traffic in the GTA we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. We can offer a 3-hour delivery window for when your delivery will arrive.

  • How Does Mr. Dairy Deal With Credits or Milk Crate Charges?
Please note that at Mr. Dairy, there is a deposit charged for milk crates on the invoice which gets credited once the crates have been returned. Credits for returned, shorted or damaged products are handled with our “credit note” system. On the next delivery invoice after the return or shortage has been made, the value of the product that was shorted or returned on the previous delivery will be automatically deducted off invoice and noted with reference to the Credit No. that was handed to you. Please review our milk crate charges and credit note policies with your Mr. Dairy sales representative.
  • Does Mr. Dairy Offer Credit for Expired Products?
We will not grant credit for products returned due to lack of rotation (short and/or out of code), overordering or refrigeration problems at the store level. We allow for same day return on any product (at the time of delivery) if there is any sort of manufacturer’s defect or any reason why you do not want to accept the product.
